How to Add a Watermark in 3 Steps

01

Upload One or More Images

Choose up to 20 JPG, PNG or WebP files. Select a thumbnail to change the active preview.

02

Add Text or a Logo

Create multiple layers, drag them into position and adjust size, opacity, rotation or repeat mode.

03

Check and Download

Preview each image before export. Choose PNG, JPG or WebP, then download the current result or the entire set as a ZIP.

Choose text, a logo or a repeated mark?

Text for a name or credit

Replace the sample © Your Name text with your own name, address or credit line. Pick text and outline colors that stand out, then lower opacity if the mark obscures the photo.

Logo for a branded image set

Use a transparent PNG logo if you do not want its background to show. You can add multiple text and logo layers, each with its own placement, size, opacity and rotation.

Repeat across the image

Turn on Repeat for a layer you want in multiple positions; adjust spacing so the image remains readable. A watermark identifies the source but can still be removed or cropped out.

Check each image before downloading the batch

One setup across different shapes

The tool applies the same layers to up to 20 images. Position and mark size scale with each image, so select each thumbnail to check placement, especially in a set mixing portrait and landscape photos.

One image or a ZIP

Download the current image to inspect it first. Once satisfied, Download all renders each image and packs a ZIP; with one image, the button downloads that image directly. ZIP creation needs the external JSZip library, so it may fail if your network blocks it.

Choose the right download format

PNG for transparency

PNG preserves transparent areas in the composited image or logo, though its file can be larger than the source. JPG cannot store transparency and uses white for empty areas. WebP may preserve transparency if the browser supports WebP export.

Quality and dimensions

Each result is rendered at the source image’s pixel dimensions. The Quality control only affects JPG and WebP. The file is re-encoded from decoded pixels, so metadata, file size and fine detail are not guaranteed to match the source. Animated images export as one still frame.

If the watermark or download looks wrong

The mark is hard to read or covers the subject
Change text and outline colors, lower size or opacity, drag to an empty area or use one of the nine quick positions. If Repeat is on, increase the spacing.
An image cannot be added or the ZIP fails
Choose JPG, PNG or WebP files, each no larger than 20 MB and 50 megapixels. If ZIP export fails, check access to JSZip, download images individually or try a smaller batch.

Where are images and logos processed?

Images and logos are read, watermarked and encoded in your browser; the tool does not send input files to KitoTool’s server. The page may load library code from an external service to make ZIP files. Keep the originals and inspect each download before publishing or delivering it.
