What should you check before sharing?

Content and page count

The preview shows the text, tables and images read from the DOCX; it is not a preview of the final PDF pages. Download the PDF and review every page, especially tables and images near page edges.

Text and links

The PDF is rendered from images of the converted content. Check Vietnamese accents and URLs visually; do not rely on selecting or searching text in the download.

If the conversion needs attention

The Word file is rejected
The tool accepts one .docx file up to 30 MB. Save an older .doc file as DOCX in an office app first.
Fonts, tables or images shift
Try Landscape or Narrow margins if content is too wide. For columns, floating images, headers, footers or exact layout, export from the original app and compare the result.
Pages are missing or processing stops
Open the DOCX to check it is readable, close other tabs and try a document with fewer images. The browser needs network access to load conversion libraries and enough memory to render the pages.

Where is the Word file processed?

In this workflow, the browser reads the DOCX and creates a PDF for download; document contents are not sent to an KitoTool conversion API. Libraries load from a CDN, the page sends general page analytics, and the original DOCX on your device is not changed.
