UnitWhen to use it and what to check
WordsTest a heading, label or short text area that needs a specific word count. This mode gives the chosen word count, but character length varies.
SentencesTest a description or content card. Sentence lengths vary; check whether longer sentences overflow the space.
ParagraphsTest spacing between content blocks. Each paragraph contains several sentences and paragraphs have a blank line between them in TXT.

Placeholder limits
The result is Lorem Ipsum style filler assembled from a fixed word bank, not a translation or a complete Latin passage. Enable the familiar opening to start from the “Lorem ipsum…” sequence; a one-word result contains only “Lorem”. When off, the starting point changes and may occasionally repeat. Regenerating or producing long text can repeat words or phrases.
Replace with real copy
Word or sentence counts help test text volume; character length, line breaks and block height also depend on font, width and final copy. Replace the filler with real content and check the layout again before publishing. The download is TXT without HTML tags or Markdown formatting.

How are the result and options stored?

Placeholder text is generated in your browser. When local storage is available, the page remembers the unit, amount and opening option on this device; the generated text is not saved as a draft. Select Clear to remove the result and saved options; Generate Lorem Ipsum creates a new result from the options currently shown.
